Washington County Fairgrounds Full Of Campers For Bikes

FAYETTEVILLE [KFSM] Thousands of visitors are pouring into Northwest Arkansas for the 15th annual Bikes, Blues and BBQ motorcycle rally, and with many hotels filling up, hundreds of people are choosing to camp out.

Some campers said the fairgrounds offer the whole package: live music, a full service bar and food vendors, and a small fee. The most expensive RV spot is $360 for five days. For those who like to camp in tents, fees could be as cheap as $80.

“The party is at the campground, we’ve done motels before at different rallies and the atmosphere of the campground is just way different than at the motel,” Iowa biker James Hesse said.

Cheryl Maples and Ron Harry rode from central Texas to experience the rally for the first time.

“I was like this one, this has got everything we want cheap jerseys right here, plus it’s affordable, extremely affordable,” Maples said.

The couple said they heard about the rally from a friend in June. They http://www.cheapjerseys11.com/ said they looked into motels, hotels and nearly every lodging option, but they couldn’t find anything available.

“Even bed and breakfasts or some of the towns like Eureka Springs might rent a room out of their home, but they’re filled up, months ago,” Maples said.

Harry said they like that they can be safe and drink without worrying about driving to meet friends food, entertainment and fun is only a walk away. He said it’s a good time for adults.
